She should not be getting any juice or ice at only 7 months old. If she likes cold things... freeze some of her formula or breast milk and you can put it in one of those mesh feeder things. By giving her juice and ice you run the risk of her becoming malnourished (not to mention the runs from the juice).

You shouldn't give her a lot of ice, as too much water can interfere with her body's ability to absorb the nutrients in breast milk or formula. It can also cause her tummy to feel full, decrease her appetite, and leave her malnourished. At 7 months old, she should still be getting most of her nutrition from breast milk or formula. If you give your baby some juice, give only 100% fruit juice, and offer it only in a cup not in a bottle. To help prevent tooth decay, do not put your child to bed with a bottle.
To help with teething, there are plastic toys filled with water that you can freeze. These give the soothing effect on her gums from the cold, but are durable so the water stays inside the toy even with chewing. Also, just rubbing your (clean) finger along her gums can help reduce pain and make her ready to eat more.
