He is wanting a feed of 5-6 ounces every 2-3 hours am I feeding him correctly I feel as if I am doing everything wrong and not confident in speaking with people in person, he screams the house down but some times can last 4-5 hours but he will have a bottle around 10.30pm and will not wake til between 6am-730am so I don't know if I'm feeding him to little or too much

The health visitor can plot his weight on a growth chart, but from glancing at one it looks like he was born weighing in around the 40% and at almost 6 weeks and 10lb and 2oz, he is around the 45-50%. Looks like he is on track. Just trust yourself, if you think he needs to eat, feed him. You are doing a good job!

How much does he weigh? In general a baby should consume 2 to 21/2 ounces per pound over the course of the day. So if he is 10 lbs, that would be around 2 to 25 ounces per day or five bottles, 5 oz each. This is a very loose estimate. If your baby is growing, he will eat more for a bit and then level out.
If he his steadily gaining weight and his pediatrician is not concerned, then you are fine. Just don't use the bottle as a mechanism to get him to stop crying unless he is hungry. Most babies have a "fussy" time of day, mine all did. Usually from around 4 to 8 pm, they were grouchy, screaming, not wanting to nurse, not sleeping and just in general unhappy. It passes, by 12 weeks or so it should be over. If he goes down at 10:30 and sleeps until 6 that is fantastic! Some babies sleep through the night very early, others take a long time. If he starts waking during the night and seems hungry, feed him. Good Luck!

I don't know about the ounces since all of mine were breastfed from the tap, but eating every 2-3 hours is very normal. He really shouldn't be going longer than 3 hours during the day w/out eating... but that is EXCELLENT sleep at night for one so young. If he were not getting enough to eat he would be waking much more frequently at night... which would also be perfectly normal.
