My baby girl is turning 4 months on the 5th of march. Is it okay to start her on rice cereal?

She eats about 6 ounces every 3-4 hours i tried feeding her more for the past 2 weeks but she just drinks 6 ounces all the time.. Then after shes done eating and probably 20 minutes later its like shes hungry agian. She watches me eat and everytime i make dinner and shes sleeping she wakes up to the smell and watches me eat, sometimes she reaches for my food. She doesnt know how to sit up yet but can keep her head up firmly and can keep her back straight. Her sucking reflex is still there i think. How would rice cereal do with her ? also at night she wakes up almost every hour hungry. She never use to do it, She always just woke up once at night.. had her in bed by 10. She'd wake up at 4-5 then me and her will wake up at 9 for the day.

I would only start her on solids after the doctor says it's ok, the recommendation is to wait till 6 months. When you start solids I would skip rice cereal it really doesn't hold any nutritional value and can cause constipation.

You should talk to your baby's doctor before introducing solid foods that young.
It sounds like your little one is hungry, though. I started solids at 4.5 months after the 4 month check-up, the doc told me to wait closer to 6 months but I knew my little girl was hungry.
I started feeding her rice cereal in the evening before bed, I mixed it with water.
