What is your daughter eating now??
My kids eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies and they love nuts.
Breakfast is usually, sultana bran, porridge with fruit or eggs or toast.
Lunch is usually a sandwich, sometimes sushi or a plate of fruit veggies, cheese and ham.
Dinner is usually meat and veggies.
They drink water, milk and every now and then 1 small glass of lemonade or cordial.
They do have junk occasionally but it's very limited. They also exercise a lot.
