As long as she is getting mostly breast milk or formula and you are offering her a variety of healthy options.... she's perfectly fine. My youngest wasn't even always eating solids once a day, every day at that age.

Finger foods like Cheerios, well cooked pasta, soft pieces of fruit, and pieces of well cooked veggies (carrots and sweet potatoes are good starters) can be introduced as well.

You could try giving her food you can easily make at home; mashed banana, sweet potatoes, avocado (mashed or cut into tiny pieces). Is she chewing or mashing her food yet? Gerber makes these snacks called Graduate Puffs, that help your baby learn to chew yet they dissolve easily. I bought a baby food masher by Freshfoods (can get at Walmart or Amazon), and I would also just mash up whatever we were having for dinner and feed my girl that, as long as it wasn't too salty or spicy. Put lots of different foods in front of her to try! Good luck!

make sure to keep giving her breat milk/ formula this will ensure she gets as much nutrition as she needs while she is eating baby food. when she is begining to eat more remember the food pyramid!!! this is extremely important... ALSO make sure that you look up and know how much is considered a serving for an infant her size. i was WAY off when my oldest was a baby... I didn't realize i was over feeding her. now we are trying to get her to loose weight...
