My son is 3 weeks old and I breastfeed him. My concern is that he chokes like 2 to 4 times a day when im breastfeeding him. Usually is on the my left boob it seem's like that boob makes more milk, well when he is breastfeeding he eats like there is no tomorrow lol he really doesnt pause and then keeps going, when he latches on he eats and keeps going and going till he is out of breath then he might pause. Should i help him pause ??? pls advice getting worried..

You could have a really fast milk flow. Have you tried leaning back slightly when feedin to slow the flow down???
Once your son is abit older you might be able to express a small amount of milk before a feed to help reduce the pressure of the flow.
