Any concerning changes in bowels movements, talk to your pediatrician just to make sure.

i dont know about the dark green. usually that means too much iron, or a certain food eaten. but iron causes constipation so if its not hard i'd say its not iron? well if your really worried take some poop in in a ziplock bag and that way they know when you go in they can view it?

i dont know what your formula does, because ive never had my son on it but our sons was yellow and seedy for a while, then just yellow mush and when we started foods only then did it turn green.. usually only with certain foods too

so.. somethings causing the green. could be something in the formula or what you're giving her through breastmilk

If the poo isn't hard little balls and her tummy is soft, it's totally fine. My daughter used to go 1-2 weeks without pooping. It all sorted out once she started on solids.

that's very strange. seeing as how infants aren't supposed to be on milk until 1 year old, I was surprised to read that..... there's alot of oil in that too - the soy and cocoanut is hard on our systems so it naturally would be hard on them too which would cause her to process it longer...... I don't think I'd be giving my baby a milk based formula because of the sensitivities that can happen and allergies. Strange......

the reason i asked formula, our son got really constipated off of the soy based formula and the rice based one (AR for baby reflux) so if it has those as a base it's said to be harder on their systems. sometimes just takes longer to digest, but some people / babies can't handle it. our son couldnt

if her poo isn't hard i wouldn't worry.. but my sons was a freakin molten rock like a meteorite... and it was really hard on him. i had to rub his tummy to get it out of him. :( so if you don't have to do that, i'd say she's just not overeating and should be ok?

which formula do you have her on? generally, they say it's okay and quite normal for infants who are breastfed, however, I would worry because toxic shock can set in after 3 days of not going. exactly how hard is the poop when it finally does come out? is she in a lot of pain around poop time when she finally goes? do you have to force it out? i wouldn't be comfortable and well, i'd at least talk to your doctor about it but most of the time they say 'oh whatever its normal' ... i know.. i took our son in for it.. they said give 1oz water 1oz apple in order to help but your baby is young so i'd ask doc

she is turning 2 months old, she both breastfeed and bottle feed since i have work in daytime. is there any danger if she could only poo once a week? thank you so much.

How old is your baby and is she breastfed? The reason I am asking is because exclusively breastfed babies do not poo as much because there is very little waste to excrete. When my son was exclusively bf he would regularly go up to 10 days without doing one. Does she seem in any pain? You could try cycling her legs gently to help
