I realize none of you could diagnose him, however I am looking for ideas more realistic than I got from web MD. He has a fever of 101- 103 (fluctuates) watery eyes, raspy cough, (very mucosy) lathargy, and sometimes vomiting. Any ideas so I know how to treat?

This sounds serious to me, go to another doctor as soon as possible, a good rated pediatrician. Poor little one and poor you, I would be worried sick. Good luck

A long cold can be normal, but sometimes instead of getting better it will turn into bronchitis and/or pneumonia, or croup. I say with everything going on it's bronchitis, maybe pneumonia.

He's had a 'cold' for a little over a month. His doctor is saying that's normal. However it just keeps gettting worse. He isn't pulling on his ears but sometimes when he tries to take a deep breath he starts really going on coughing. (which is where the mucous comes in followed by vomiting)

Is he pulling on either of his ears? From the sounds of it he may have had a cold turn into bronchitis or even pneumonia. Is there any trouble breathing?

Generally when kids and babies are lethargic is a bad sign. It's normal for them to want to play even when sick.

How old is he?

BTW: his cough is worse and he's literally hacking up green mucous with some light red streaks...

The lethargy has me quite worried. Keep a close eye on him, if he shows any signs of getting worse, take him to the ER tonight.

Yeah, I'm going to bring him into the dr. tomorrw, however we need to get through tonight somehow. I have been giving him tylonal for the last 6 hours, however that doesn't seem to be helping any :(

go to the doctor babies don't get that high of a fever if it is nothing. Give infant tylenol to help bring down the fever or a cool bath, but I highly recommend the dr.
