MY BABY WILL ONLY NURSE LYING DOWN

My daughter is 11 weeks. We've had a rough run from the beginning with BFing due to a lazy latch, having to use a nipple shield, severe loss in supply, LO feeding ALL DAY LONG, me just knowing something wasn't right so saw an LC and found out she had posterior tongue tie, getting that cut and weaning her off the nipple shield while building up my supply again... Finally she was nursing like a pro and we couldn't be happier - although my left side was always my better side for her and always produces more... Then, at random times/feeds she just wouldn't latch to my right breast. She would maybe latch for 2 or 3 sucks and pull off angrily and frustrated... I know that side had a much slower letdown so this could have been the reason. This went on for about 2 weeks on and off - some feeds she was fine others she flat out refused. but it progressively got worse (and I was pumping as much as I should have to keep my supply up). But then she caught her dads cold and went on a complete nursing strike on both sides! I tried to persevere for 3 days but we were both just getting frustrated so I'd end up giving her a bottle of expressed milk. I went to see my LC again and she saw my DD in action - fighting and refusing me and finally I got her on and we weighed her after to see how much she's taken in and surely enough my LC said my supple had taken a dip again :( so again I went on a nursing vacation and pumped my life away and tried to latch LO as much as possible, with no success. I always do our morning feeds in bed and even through the strike was ok during those feeds so yesterday I thought I'd try feeding lying down and she did it! Every feed yesterday and today she latched and fed from BOTH sides!! I'm so happy she's nursing again, but now I'm worried about going out in public!! I have tried to latch her in all other positions - cradle, football, upright.. She just fights and screams if I put my boob anywhere near her like that! I'm so worried now that she will only ever feed laying down and this is super limiting to me. I'm at home almost all the time but I don't want to feel like I'm stuck here.. Any suggestions on how I can get her used to other positions again, or is this a phase she will grow out of?
