My child may potentially have Down Syndrome. I'm a single working parent.

Hello. I'm 37 years old and just had a positive screening of my child potentially having down syndrome. This is my first child and I'll be a single parent. Unfortunately, my childs father is dealing with PTSD from being in IRAG. I work full time and was planning on going back to work within 3 months after the baby's birth. My family lives over 5,000 miles from me so there's no way for them to help if I decide to move forward with my pregnancy. I'm nervous because this is my first child and I'm a single mother who will have to work to make ends meet for my child and myself. I never thought I'll be considering aborting my child but the though has been raised. I'm currently 14 weeks and plan to have a CVS test. Can anyone share there experience being a single working mother raising a child who has DS? thanks in advance for your help.
