My daughter is 9 and is bouncing off the walls most of the time would like to know what I can give her to drink and eat to try and calm her as I recently searched sites and it said all dairy is out and anything with sugar and colourings

Before you implement any of that information off internet sites you best be sure that is is from a reliable source. Do not cut nutrition from your child that is needed for growth in some of the diary products she needs daily. Cutting sugar to a minimum is good and the coloring as well. But also following what the doctor says over internet articles is best. Your best bet on sites are those ending with .gov, .edu. or medical web sites that are closely monitored by actual medical places like medical journals and Mayo Clinic or Children's Hospitals and such.

Have you actually had your daughter diagnosed with ADHD? If not you should do that and find out what treatment plans are available.
