My daughter is eating full meals and snacks throughout the day, she nurses when she takes her middle day nap and at bedtime. I need any advice on how to wean her. She WILL NOT take a bottle.. At all.. She takes sippy cups but when I offer her a sippy cup when its time to sleep she throws a fit and does not take it.. Any help is greatly appreciated..

I am a full time Nursing student and I have to start round the clock clinicals and all day school starting this summer and I won't be home. So I have to wean her before then.. I have been pushing it off bc of the difficulty, but the time has come now...

Why do you need to wean her? I can certainly understand if you're just over it, but with her only nursing twice a day I would just continue for the time being.

If you really want to be done then you are just going to have to stop nursing and just give her the sippy or she will have nothing. I, personally, could not do that, but I don't have any other advice on a different way.
