Help her to strengthen her legs by helping her to walk by holding her hands. Stand her up and prop her up by letting her hold onto the sofa she will soon be walking up and down the sofa. As for the speech don't worry she is still well in her development guide lines. Try playing singing games like ring a ring of roses which both encourages her to speak and stand.

Stimulate her. Read to her as much as you can. The motor skills for speech are developed thru crawling; so get her moving. Also toys that aid in walking might help.

Your daughters adjusted age is 14 months because she was a preemie. I wouldn't worry about the talking. Kids should be walking around 18 months. Does she pull herself up?
Can she stand on her own? If she can, then don't worry.
As far as talking my nephew didn't talk until he was 2.
But saying ass? LOL, not the best word to say IMO.

Give her time. If you're really concerned talk to her ped.
