she will graurate high school next year, her father is paying child support, however he is very much behind on his payments, does anyone how I could get that back up child support? I would like him to pay the back up support towards her collage funds, but I'm afraid he will not pay that, is there a way for him to do that?

im not sure what information you've been given, i'd be contacting the CSA and discussing it with them. My father is still paying his debt to my mother and im nearly 30!

She turns 18 next month, the child agency had sent me a letter asking if she is gradurating this year or next year, I had told them she will next year. Once she turns 18, the child support backup will be charished? Does anybody know how this works? Thanks

if he is paying through the child support agency and is behind on his payments, he will be required to continue paying until he has paid the total amount owing. It doesnt just stop when the child turns 18 :)
