Maybe try making a dip with veggie sticks. Or different types of pasta. My son loves chicken spaghetti,he eats much more when its chicken spaghetti and not spaghetti napoli. Or try omelettes and let her choose what she wants in it,mushrooms, ham, cheese etc. Try involving her with the cooking.

As I stated before, the doctor/pediatrician stated that it would pass, and as long as he was eating and taking vitamins it was alrite. And my child was/is healthy, not obese or anything like that.Just didnt want to eat anything else.Till this day he doesnt eat any type of meats, but he is getting there slowly.I hope you didnt expect for me to starve my little one because he didnt want to cook what I prepared..And for the record he doesnt eat sweets etc. of any kind. That is why she said as long as he ate .Many children only want cereal.Hell I even know of grown people who eat it all day every day.

A child needs a variety of foods through the day. Cereal all the time is not healthy at all. It should have been combined with fruits or other foods for breakfast. There should have been regular meals for lunch and supper. It seems like you just gave in and let him have it because he would not touch anything else. I had a picky eater and by the age of one, he would only touch meat and fruit. He would eat cereal, bread, peanut butter, and a few other things but veggies and cheese were no-no's. I kept at it and he finally added back in the veggies. But to have cereal for all meals for the first few years of life is not healthy.

If you know basic healthy foods such as fruits, veggies, grains, dairy, eggs, beans, and such then you could get her to eat well. No sweets or junk. No candy, very little juice, cake, pie, cookies, etc. No junk as in processed foods or fast food like MCD's.
