Pink eye is extremely contagious and it is highly likely that it is reinfected. Get her to the doc ASAP and on some medicated eyedrops. Never wait to treat the eyes!

It could very well be allergies but always best to rule out anything contagious! My daughter responds well to Claritin for kids' allergies, should your daughter have seasonal allergies after all.

Thank you very much for all your help. I will go back to the doctor and will ask for an appointment to the specialist ...she does not complain everyday though this is why some people thought it could be allergies...we are leaving in a very hot & humid area so summer allalong is like that and going to the pool and play a lot outside...we will see.....

She may need anti biotic eye drops. My son JUST got over this. It does cause sensitivity to light and goopy eyes. She may have reinfected the eye.

Well, I noticed you could not finish your thought, but I would not be asking us....I would be making an appointment tomorrow for the optometrist and getting her in there asap. Don't mess with eye problems, or take to long to address them.
