My daughter is 6 months and i have notice a smell coming from the vagina ...how do i deal with it . I wash her everyday and use wipes every time i change her . Should i take her to the doctor ?

That would probably be a good idea. What are you using to wash her? Are the wipes scented? It could be that the products you're using on her have dyes or perfumes that are irritating her and causing a bit of an infection.

So go see your doctor -- better to know, right? And in the meantime, when you change her, just use a baby washcloth and plain warm water to wipe her off, and pat (don't rub) her dry with a tissue.

Stop using the wipes and just use water to wash her for now.... and get her to the doctor as soon as you can to get it checked out.
