There's a good possibility she's teething. It takes a lot of practice and patience but it will get better. It's a matter of finding the best position for her. The right conforts. The right blanket. My 2 have a fabourtie blanket and. toy that plays calming music for about 15 minutes. Just a matter of finding what works for you and your child.

Just leave her ................easier said than done .
First keep calm at her bed time and tell her she is going to sleep in her bed tonight (yes shes 7 months I know ) put her down and tell her good night .....leave the room and when she cries leave her for a few mins and go back in and lay her down keep doing it till she goes to sleep ..Yes a long evening but by keep going in she knows you are there and keep laying her down makes her remember she is to stay there ...this may go on for many hours but if you want her to sleep there I guess it needs to be done . Get a friend or family member to be with you to help
I am right in thinking she is still in a cot!? if she is coming to you in the night take her back
REMEMBER she is safe and ok ...just cross with you
Good Luck
