Unless your doc is concerned and she's continuing to grow on her own curve, there's nothing to worry about. Not every kid will sit at the 50% (considered "average"). Some kids are at the 5%, and some at the 95%. As long as their own individual growth follows generally along this curve, then that IS their normal. My daughter was only 16lbs at a year. She'll be 2 next month and is 22.5lbs now. Some kids are just smaller.

is she not gaining weight, losing weight, not eating, etc? what do you think the cause of it is? is your doctor worried? What exactly do you want help with?

My doc always said that kids should double their birth weight by 6 months, and triple it by 12. That is just an estimation, but gives you at least an idea. Some kids are just smaller than others. Like Kelina said, talk to her doc if you are really concerned. At the very least he/she can calm your nerves.

not really at this point, is her doctor worried? how big was she when she was born? Some kids are just small. If you're worried take her to see her doctor.

she drinks 22-24 oz of breastmilk a day, a very light eater of solids... is there any calories booster?
