My daughter is wetting her bed!

My child will turn 13 next month and she still continuously wets her bed. I bought her diapers, saw the doctor, and put extra sheets on her bed. She sleeps in the top bunk bed but I'm thinking of moving her to the bottom. She's not too ashamed to go to the doctor. The doctor said she needs to get an ultrasound, blood test, and that leaking is a big problem at this age and has asked if anyone's ever inappropriately touched her bottom. She fears that she may have to go to the hospital, but I'm not going to make assumptions until we know what's going to happen for sure. I'm giving her 3 days, I wake her up at night to do her business in the bathroom, make her go the the bathroom before and after her sleep and if she keeps wetting herself even if I wake her all the time then I'll take her to doctors again. Ideas?

The doctor is right. If she hasn't previously been checked for it being a medical issue, she should be - this should be eliminated as a problem. I would have recommended this should have been done some years ago.
