Well, talk to your doctor first about weening. Babies start eating that age for practice and still get the majority of their nutritional needs with BM or FF. That is way to young to be on food alone. They cannot really eat enough food to sustain them. Their little bodies are not ready to handle that. Good luck though.

we have had a lot of trouble with her milk since she was born as we think she might be protein dairy intolerant but has not been tested for it but this is what the doctor says it could be.the restless sleeping and wakeing alot in the night is just become part of her and its getting me down that i cant seem to crack the full nights sleep.we have tried a number of different milks that is dairy free but she only drinks 2-3oz at a time and she sicks most of that up,they say because she is steadily gaining a little weight they are not concerned.she will be 5months next week i might start weening and hopefully solid food may agree with her better than the milk.its a shame really, she is such a smiley baby always has a big smile for anyone who talks to her.wish i could find the solution.

Well, she will learn to roll herself over soon enough, and about the binky, once she is a bit more mobile, she will be able to find it herself. I am a fan of binkies. My son was an addict, but was a total life saver. But my daughter never took one.
