I had one that rejected baby food entirely at 7 months. He was nursing so I was not too concerned. You just gotta get creative with a modified table diet that she can self feed. Dry cereal is fortified and easy to eat, cut up pieces of whole grain toast, meatballs cut into pieces, egg whites from hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs (if she is one) soft cooked carrots cut into chunks, cooked pasta and tofu.

If she's under 12 months she should be getting all her nutrition from breast milk or formula. If she's older than 12 months... she's more than old enough to feed herself a variety of healthy options.

My daughter never ate baby food. She went straight to feeding herself too. I wouldn't worry about it. She's probably getting more nutrition from her veggies than jar baby food, especially if they are fresh.
