My daughter turning 11 in July , is obstinate .does not listen,all the time i am after her to eat quickly, do your home work, but for evrything we end up arguing shouting. Please advise how to manage

There are some battles to walk away from.

Consider if your demands on your child may be outrageous, or necessary. (Homework is necessary, but is eating quickly?)

As with all child rearing, expectations must be explained, and consequences applied for not adhering.
