3 months is still so little to worry about that. you can buy cute little head bands and hats, but don't worry about her hair... my oldest had SOOO much hair... but even at the age of 1 her hair was shorter... now she has SOOO MUCH HAIR!!!! whereas my younger daughter had longer hair, but her hair NOW barely grows!

My niece is 10 months and she still has no hair.
My daughters hair is very fine and very blonde but she has lots of it. She didn't have a lot of hair until she was over a year old, and it didn't start to really grow until she was 2. She's now 3 and had maybe 3 hair cuts. Her hair is still no where near as long as alot of girls her age but I have also seen girls her age with alot less hair too.
Genetics also play a big part. I had hardly any hair as a baby and even now my hair hardly grows.

This is completely normal my my eldest was born with loads of hair but my youngest was born with hardly any she still didn't have any when she turned 1 I could only just get it in little (and I mean little on the top of her head) pig tails when she started nursery at 3, she is now 6 and has a lovely head of hair so don't worry :-))

My daughter was born with a lot of hair. She ended up rubbing the sides and very back hair off so all she had was the hair on the top of her head. Yes. My child had a mohawk. I hated it. But in all honesty, it depends on the child's genetics. I know an 11 month old and a 10 month old that has no hair. It will grow in time.

This is perfectly normal. Some children are born with a lot of hair and then lose it all. Some are born with a lot of hair and don't lose it, and some are born with hardly any and it doesn't grow much until they are 1-2 years of age.
