My DD just turned 22 weeks on Monday and seems to be going through a sleep regression. She was doing really well with sleep at 4 months. Going to be bed between 7:15 and 7:30 and not waking for a feed until 4 or 5 am. This week, she has been completely off. Still going to be bed at 7:15/7:30, but she is now waking at 9:30/10:30 for a feed and then waking again at 2 or 3 am for another feed. Any ideas/advice? I have upped the amount that I am feeding her during the day. I breastfeed, but pump as well. So, she is taking 5.5 oz every 3 hours along with nursing 3 times during the day. Is it teething? Growth spurt? Need HELP!

Sleep patterns change all the time, I know it can be frustrating but it happens. Like you said it could be she's getting ready for a 6 month growth spurt or it could be teething related. When my daughters teeth started coming in she went from sleeping through the night to waking as frequently as every 30 minutes, many nights I would just cosleep since I still had to function at work the next day. You could try another nursing session during the day to see if it helps.
