My ex boyfriend got temporary sole custody of my daughters, just because I was supposed to go to court may 16 2012 but I went into labor with my son and had him on the 17th. Now their father won't let me see or talk to my daughters whatsoever last I seen them was may 20th and that's the only time they've ever met their baby brother. I currently live here in Nevada and they are living in Arizona with their dad. I got papers saying I have to do a evaluation before 60 days from may 17th and that my visitations with my daughters have to be supervised. But I don't live in Arizona. How would I gain some sort of control? Would I have to file for something in the court or hire a lawyer? I've never been in this situation before so I don't know what to do.. Help me please!! If anything a child or children need their mommy more then anything!

You need a lawyer. You should've called one the day you went into labor to show up in court on your behalf, but it's too late for that now. The best thing you can do is get a lawyer now to help you.

Good luck!
