My ex is alienating my son from me

My 13 year old son lives with me 50% of the time, and the rest with his father. However, recently my ex is rewarding him for not coming home to my house. He does this by buying him expensive gifts, giving him special privileges for treating me badly in public, and taking away his phone when he is not with me so that I cannot communicate with my son. He deletes messages before my son can read them - and tells him I am not bothering to make contact. Recourse would be to go to court, but I do not have the money to go back, as the divorce took 4 years and $400,000. My friends tell me to be patient, and that the values I have instilled in my son should be enough to have him eventually learn right from wrong, but it is still painful. My son calls me a liar, a b&%#$, and other things he hears from his father.
What do I do?

Easier said... he isn't even wanting to come home. His father has him brainwashed, so nothing I say or do is going to change that. At this point I am not even going to his track meets - as he has told me to shut up in front of his father (who laughs) and ignores me in front of his friends (they are looking at him with less respect). I am torn but refuse to be treated this way. I am documenting attempts to contact - in the event we end up back in court. My oldest son (15) isnt wanting to go over to his fathers, as he doesnt want to be around his brother. I think he needs some serious help but my ex hasn't spoken to me in 9 years. Not even in medical emergencies!!

Talk to him about his father. You know what I hate to say this but you need revenge on his father. Take your son to amusement parks buy him new phones and tell him not to let his father take them away from him
