Absolutely yes. You have no right to deny your children a special moment in their Father's life.

I'm not understanding why you would even hesitate if he is a "tops dad". That makes no sense.

Well, they're his kids. Would you want them to attend your wedding?

No matter what your feelings are towards their father, you have absolutely no right to keep them from him during important occasions.

If he is involved in their lives on any level (as opposed to them not even knowing who he is)... why WOULDN'T you allow them to attend their father's wedding? Would you want them at your wedding?

Absolutely. Why WOULDN'T you allow it? He's their dad right? Just as much as you are their mom. So ask yourself this: If you were getting married, would you think it's important for your children to be there?

Yes, you should no matter the feelings you and your ex harbor for each other. This is their father and if they have any kind of a good relationship and they get along with the step mom to be, why should the not go? He has every right to have them there just as you would if you remarried. This is a family event and its on their dad's side of the family.
