You show love by having clear rules and consistent consequences. Children need structure and stability, and knowing the rules and what is expected of her is GOOD for her. If you are wishy-washy on giving consequences for breaking rules, then of course she doesn't know how to act. If you scold her and yell, but still give in to her and don't make her obey the rules, then it's no wonder she's confused about your feelings for her. You should try to stay calm as much as possible, and enforce the rules with clear direction and consistent consequences. If she doesn't learn now, it will only get worse.
