Any ideas to help me out? Nothing has changed really my husband has been over the road for almost 4 months now and he just started the wetting about 2 months ago.

My daughter started wetting the bed after not doing so for 2 years. She gets so worn out because of school that she just doesn't wake up. So I make sure she goes to the bathroom before bed. You can also try limiting how much he drinks after 6pm. Other than that and goodnites, I don't think there's a lot you can do.

Oh and I have also had other moms say that even at 8 or 9 their children are still wetting the bed.

Yeah he could be missing his dad. I just want to say that you are lucky overall that your son was even trained at night at this age. My son is 4. He has been fully potty trained for the most part for almost a year now, but even with limiting his drinking before bed and having him use the bathroom before bed, his pull up is still full by morning and he doesn't wake up to use the bathroom.

It could be missing your husband. It could also be something else. One idea is to stop all liquids a few hours before going to bed and make sure he urinates before bedtime. Is he wetting the bed the same time every night? If so, wake him to go to the bathroom. They also make underwear (diapers) for kids who wet at night,
