My granddaughter is a smart and very sensitive everyone likes her. Except one girl and she the girl lies and tells the principal that my granddaughter is tripping her and bulling her my grand daughter hardly talks out of line and her grades are in the eighties and nineties the principal says he will suspend her if she dont stop harassing this girl.

Often kids are very different at school. Even children who are smart, get good grades, and are well behaved at home make bad choices at school. You have no idea how many polite, well behaved little angels are in my class....... You have no idea how often teachers hear "but MY little Johnny wouldn't do that". Uh, yeah, your little Johnny absolutely would and did.

I find it difficult to believe that a Principal would suspend a child based purely on the basis of one child's statement. There are likely to have been other witnesses, and generally, the teachers know there is something going on. There would be more evidence than just one word against another. I would suggest you speak to the school and ask to see the incident reports.

If everyone likes her there should be witnesses that can either confirm or deny this other girl's stories.

Either this other little girl has it out for your granddaughter or 'Little Miss' is right. Perhaps the teacher can make sure your granddaughter and this other girl are always either separated or supervised to prevent either further lies or further bullying.

Maybe your granddaughter is not as angelic as she portrays herself. Kids are very different with their peers than with their parents and grandparents. She very well may be bullying this girl. Kids don't tattle for no reason. Trust me. Girl is probably telling the truth.
