My husband ran my daughter away.

I have a 15y/o daughter, who just confided to her best friend that my husband, her step father, makes her feel uncomfortable. She says that one day last year, he tried to kiss her on the cheek. She turned away, and he kissed her lips. Since then, she has withdrew from our entire family, she stays locked in her room most of the time, and she shows open animosity toward my husband. When I confronted her with this, she admitted that it did happen. She just left to spend the weekend with a friend, and told me that she's not coming home until I make him leave. I know in my heart what has to be done. I just need to hear it, I guess.

You absolutely need to confront your husband. This is unacceptable if it did happen, and your daughter needs to be your priority.

i think you should confront your husband, find out why he didnt tell u in the first place. The safety and emotional well being of you child rest with you, you are her mom or shld i say her protector
