But if u filled out any paperwork for it at all. There is a file on it by law there has to be. Start there. Then u have proof of placement of them then u can go get them.

Where I live if u have physical placement and custody then u have every right to get them. Assuming he pays child support. U can go to the child support agency and request your file that will tell u if u have custody and/or placement. Even if u have never been to court u have a file that states this if child support was soughtm

If u were never married and u were given custody then u have physical placement automatically. Im in the same situation. Was not married to my ex so I have placement. Her father needs my permission to leave the state with her for any reason. U need to contact the police in your town to discuss the next steps is what it sounds like. Act fast tho! Your babies have been gone way too long from u. Do u speak with them or the father? U need to let him know that u want them back asap!

The first question is who has custody? Also who has physical placement? That will answer questions for u! If u have physical custody then u have every right to call the authorities and get them involved.
