My milk drying up?
Stephanie Renee - posted on 09/05/2014
I figured it out. My birth control is causing a decrease in my milk. But I do have another question. My son is 8 weeks old and every time I nurse him he spits up. Now I know it's normal for a baby to spit up but he does it every time and it's always clabery. And sometimes it's a lot of spit up. And he's always squirmy like his belly hurts and he cry a lot more than I think a baby normally does. So I'm not sure if it's my milk or if that's just him! Also he has a lot of gas, painful gas he cry about it

How old is your baby? What are you noticing?
In general, baby not gaining weight or not having enough wet/poopy diapers is the only real indication of a low milk supply.
Things like baby nursing frequently, or baby being fussy are NOT indicators of a low supply. Tell us what's going on, and we can help more.
