What can I do to increase it?
My baby is 6 months old and started solids @ 4 months. He has 2 meals a day but when he eats I pump and freeze the milk for when I go back to work.
It seems to me that the amount I pump is less and less when he nurses he's never satisfied and my breasts feel empty not like before. I read that 1 of the reasons this could happen is due to previous infertility problems which is my case, took me 10 years to get pregnant. I'm 34 years old.

I'm no expert at this but i can tell u from my experience with my girl

Once my girl started eating my milk was less but she still nursed alot and i think the more u nurse the baby the more milk u'll get but still after they start on solid food the milk is a little less
And whenever i pumped the milk it was always less than whe the baby nurses on ur breast
Eat things like dates and almonds these are so good they get u more milk and parsely is great too
Hope that was helpful sorry it was long :)

I have been drinking healthy nursing tea by secrets of tea to keep my supply up and I was successful. Breastfed my baby for whole two years.
