My son has absolutely NO interest in drinking out of a sippy cup. He's 11 months old and he doesn't even want to hold his own bottle. Any advice?

It's not a question of letting him go...he just doesn't want to. I guess I wasn't completely clear.

He don't want to let go of you, He wants to be babied. My son is turning 1year old on june 1 and he always wants to be held. He's so sweet. It won't be long he'll be bigger and I'm going to miss my little baby.Good luck to you and your baby. Enjoy him while you can.

Don't worry he will when he is ready for the sippy cup. My 11 month old was taking a sippy cup and now he throws it and don't want it. He only wants the bottle. Does your son want you to hold the bottle for him? He more than likely just want to be babied, that's all. He will do it himself when he is ready. He is just wanting mommy to hold him and feed him the bottle. It won't last long. When it stops , you'll look back on it and wish it was still here.
