He doesn't seem to be scratching it, and it doesn't really look rashy, but he is 21 months old so he can't really tell me if it itches lol, so should I call the doctor or....?

its either a heat rash or a yeast infection but i would call the doctor just in case and if it itches your baby will show u he will start rubbing at it or try to scratch at it hope this helps

Try some non fragrant gentle baby lotion. He might just have a rash. Could be soap or teeth related. Do not worry but go by instict. If you feel he should be seen, then do so. Keep the foods off his face. Also, have you altered his diet at all? New foods? How are his poo-poos? Diarrhea? They all get it and they all get over it!

This is pretty normal. I went through it with both of my kids. Just bath as normal and dont really worry about it unless it begins to spread or turns into sores. It will clear itself up on its own.

I think it's pretty normal. My baby girl is 3 months old and a few weeks back, she had little red bumps on her cheeks, a few on her chest and her forehead, and one on her nose. They looked almost like little pimples, but they made her face feel dry and bumpy. I was tempted to scratch at one, but I didn't know if it was a rash or something more serious. When I took her to the Doctor, he told me that it was just her pores cleaning themselves out, and that it would go away on its own. During her baths, I would scrub a bit at her face with a damp cloth to help rub dead skin off. Now, her face is cleared up and her little cheeks are baby soft and smooth as silk again.
It's probably nothing to be overly worried about, but maybe ask your Doctor just in case.

I haven't given him anything new that I can think of, and his poo was a little bit like diarrhea yesterday but seems ok today. I will try the baby lotion and see if that helps. Maybe a call to the doc would help, Im not super worried because it isn't spreading or anything, its just... wierd LOL
