I dont see why he should. A stutter is not a disability it is a speech impediment. He may qualify for speech therapy through your health insurance, or through his school. But first he needs to be evaluated by a speech therapist. Please, do NOT treat him like he has a disibility, and do not finish his words for him. He needs to talk, and feel like he is allowed to talk.

I agree with Little Miss, he doesn't have a disability. So therefore he would not be entitled. He would definitely need a speech therapist though.
