My son is almost 4, he stutters really bad! Should I worry?

I wouldn't WORRY per say, but I would get him into speach therapy to help him learn to breath properly while he is talking. It will help him concentrate on how he is pronouncing his words, help him breath them out properly, and help stop stuttering. It will take a while, and he may be in therapy long term if it is a true stutter. But the sooner you start, the better off he will be.

don't pay too much attention to it, remind him to relax... my sister's son went through a stuttering phase for a few months, maybe almost a year, but she kept "showing him off" he eventually grew out of it. but most importantly help him relax, do breathing exercises to help him relax
