I just found out not to long ago with in this past year. So i could use some support in this .. He needs somewhere to go to keep him occupied...Please and thank you

Could you put him into karate? It teaches self-control and a lot of other things. It also gets him out of the house and exerts some of his energy. Depending on what type of karate school you go to, and how interested he is in it, would depend on how often he goes. You can sign him up for a 1 night a week program, or some full-time spots encourage the students to come multiple times a week.

Not sure how old your son is but you might want to go to a full-time spot so if he does feel interested in it he has the opportunity to go more often. On the other hand if you have a hard time getting him to go to activities a one night a week program might be better because he knows for sure he has to go to class on this night whereas a full-time club is more open-ended and sometimes kids don't want to go because they'll claim they're going to go tomorrow, and tomorrow they'll go the next day and... etc ha.

Anyway I would sign him up for something like that. I don't know how old he is but it's good for all ages.
