i have been getting visitation with my son for last 3 years went from supervised to 4hrs to 8hrs to over night today started all weekend. i am due in court next week for pretrial to get my son from my aunt and uncle. the past three weeks have been crazy for methinking my aunt would do what she says and give him back just to findout she is not trying to that at al.there is a court order not to talk to my son about what is going on in this case yet i cant help but think they are telling him somethin because today when i picked him up he was very distant and he pooped in his pants then wore it for about an hour. he never has accidents when he is with me. what do i do? how do i findout whats going on with him when i can only see him2 times a month? im doing everything to get him back with me! i think they are messing with his head and he is a baby still he doesnt know what is going on or how to deal with any of this!!! help me please tell me something!!

it sucks cause as much as i try to trust her i see her pulling my son between the both of us and she did it to my daughter when she was 12 but sense it didnt work on her she put her things outside on the porch and called me to get her from school. that alone messed with her head. im trying hard to get him back all this is really messed up and i cant help but take the blame seeing i trusted her to care for them when i messed up and went to jail but that was 4 yrs ago and ive been home for 3 yrs fighting for him and paying lawyers and child support and taking care of my teenage daughter i work full time for a construction company in a plant i pay500 a mth plus medical suport wjich my son has medicaid she gets for him and she still gets the suportfor medical which wouldnt be a problem if she would take him to the dentist his teeth are roughting out his head i cant grasp anything thats going on right now im trying to hold it together but i am falling apart.

Well, I don't think, depending on his age of course, that the judge will talk to him directly. I would go through your lawyer, and let her/him know what your concerns are. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, except work your ass off to get him back in your custody. It is not right for guardians in my opinion to talk poorly about a childs parents. If she really is doing this, her character sucks.
