My 19 month old was in his booster chair at the table. Hes kicked back which has resulted in the chair going over and him bangingthe back of his head on the wall when should i be worried? He cried for a bit but now seems fine but has a mark on the back of his head from the impact of the chair hitting the wall

I'd take him to the Dr.

My daughter fell off a hotel bed on her 2nd birthday and hit her head on the floor. She cried, screamed actually to my horror.. and I took her to the emergency room..

She was ok, but I then knew what to look for if it happened again. Head injuries are serious, I didn't want to pretend like it was nothing, but thank God it wasn't.

On the other hand my father hit his head, and ended up with an anuerism. Unless you know what to look for, get with someone who does.

I would just watch him closely. If he is up running around like normal and sayin few words (if he does yet) then he should be fine. Usually some warning signs to be worried and take him to the hospital of course if hes bleeding and needs stitches, if he is really quite and not moving around much, if hes just not acting himself, if its really swollen or anything I would call the dr to just make sure.
if he seems fine most likely he is, in the head also, we have alot of capillaries so it may look worse than it really is, having alot of those just makes it swell more and bruise more easily.
