My sons class and teacher

My son can't comply with class work if I'm not present, no matter how much I talk to him, teacher always complain about him and his work is not done!
Also other behavior kids are good when I'm there, what is she doing to them when I'm not there, I feel so sad to not go to class and attend with them, but how to do all that next to my duties that I have!!
I feel like reporting this to acs, doe and principal is some all make up lady, doing nothing all day.... I'm stuck, because I saw my son doing everything when I'm there and also I saw teachers attitude toward kids when they do something wrong, like she gets all emotional, like they do wrong on purpose!!
Also she don't wait on other kids and don't ask do everyone understand what they have to do!

This isn't about what SHE is doing to him when you aren't there, this is about your son appearing not to be able to do the right thing. Of course he will behave when you are there. I also question why you need to be there with him every day. Is he special needs?

This is not the teacher's fault.

2014 old is your son, and why do you have to accompany him to class all day, every day? Just because he won't listen and follow directions unless you're there?

Your son needs to listen and follow directions at school. Of course his teacher is going to have a problem with him, if he will only listen whilst you are at his side! You're not fostering his independence, and his sense of responsibility by doing this.

Set up a meeting with the teacher, work towards a solution that doesn't involve you sitting with him in class every day. If your child is in need of extra assistance at school, he needs to be assessed so an aide can be assigned him.
