My sons father has a girlfriend with a daughter

I just found out that my exboyfriend is dating a girl that has a daughter the same age as my son. We split custody of my son 50/50. I graduated high school with her years ago so we have been friends on Facebook, but should I ask to meet her as his girlfriend? I have no issues as far as jealousy or feeling hurt from him dating someone else. I just feel uncomfortable that she has a child. I definitely wasn't expecting that.

This is the first girl he has dated since we broke up 10 months ago. I meet someone soon after we broke up, but we've been dating for 6 months and he is just now starting to be around my son. The exboyfriend never cared what i did or who i was dating. I want to say something but I don't know how to do it without looking crazy for wanting to be so involved. Should I maybe try to get more custody?

I'd rather be around my son more to give him indivual attention rather than him having to compete with the girlfriends little girl. Am I overthinking this??? What should I do?

Like Shawnn said, you can't control who he sees and what happens when he has his son.
You also won't be able to get more custody just because his girlfriend has a child. What happens when couple have have more than 1 child? All the children are still loved and they also learn how to socialize and share.
Think of it as a positive instead of a negative.

You cannot control whom your ex spends time with, and, unless you're already socializing with her, it's up to him to decide if he wants to bring the two of you together.

This will also not be considered a reason to reduce his time with his son via court order.

If you do not have orders regarding custody/support, I suggest that now may be the time to get some, though, if only to avoid arguments in the future.
