this is the 3rd time it was happened.. the first 2 were bad words... the monitored place doesn't really do anything about it.. they say they will keep a closer watch.. i no longer feel comfortable leaving my son there

this is the third time something like this has happened..i am constantly on the phone with the monitoring service, they are aware of all incidents that have gone on. all they say to me is that they will keep a closer eye and watch for the whispering. they obviously don't

Ah, ok, thanks for clarifying. They are not the sort of things a 3 year old would say without someone feeding it to him, and I'm assuming there is no-one else in your life who would say those things.

I can totally understand why you would feel comfortable. Has this occurred since you raised the issue with the visitation place? If they say they will watch closer in future, maybe you need to give them the opportunity. I would honestly have to say that most people on supervised visitation would not need such close monitoring, but now that they are aware of the situation, they may well watch far more closely.

In the meantime, make sure you have noted all of this down in a diary. If it continues, you may need to go back to court.

my son is 3.. he speaks very very well for a 3 year old. this morning he woke up and told me that he does not like me anymore and daddy said i do not belong here, visitation is my home. when i asked him why he doesn't like me, he replied "daddy said i don't belong here." he has also gotten in he car after visitation and told me "fuck you" .. where did u hear that? "daddy said fuck you."
