My ten year old DD's fifth grade girls won't stop upsetting her

My daughter is ten and is in grade five. She gets along great with a fifteen year old and seven year olds. But other fifth grade girls are telling her not to play with the bigger kids. She told me that she once saw them telling the older girls that they were too old so they need to stay away from my child. She keeps repeating a name called Lovely who is a kid from her class and so and so said this. I don't find any problems with her hanging out with other age groups as long as the conversations are appropriate but the kids say that she can't. She goes to a K-12 school. Any advice be cuz she is upset

I've had those problems before. My daughter will be 13 in four months, and she's in seventh grade. Is the 15-year-old a good influence on your daughter? There isn't any problem with her hanging out with kids of all ages if they're good people. The 7-year-old kids probably just look up to your child, being three years older than them.
