unfortunately sometimes babies go through short fazes where their bodies are changing so rapidly that it can cause uncomfortable situations like this. I think if I were you and the gas drops weren't working and there's not much else you can do for a three month old (for instance) then when she first wakes up at this time of night give the gas drops, give her a lavender bath, then massage her tummy gently and even her lower back, then feed her (make sure burped if that young) and give more drops. I suggest not feeding first because it will wake her up. I really hope this helps, I guess it could help if I knew an age though and wonder if constipation is an issue?

I used that baby gas drops stuff for my gassy daughter when she was a baby, it worked for her, also holding her legs up into her tummy and putting a lil bit of pressure sometimes helps to pass gas and helps to poo if constipated.
