My toddler has anus skin tag

MY 17 month toddler has a skin tag on his anus since December, I already got him checked by his doctor right away and he recommended to improve his diet. since then /3months now/, we have been able improve his constipation by giving him lots of fluid, fruits, vegetables and prune.
But, the skin tag is still there, I am so sad it didn't go away even if there is no constipation once it is there. should I worry about it, I don't want my little boy to have a surgery as well, do you have any experience? please help. Thank you!

Generally, unless your physician is concerned, skin tags are nothing to worry about. If your physician is concerned, the procedure to remove is similar to that of a wart. They freeze it off, basically.
