My tubes have been tied for six years. I spotted last month in April of 2015. Now my period is on heavy. I'm cramping and hurting so bad.. I want another child. What should I do?

Well, a tubal ligation is a permanent sterilization technique for women that don't want any more children. If you are interested in more children, you can certainly talk with your doctor about a reversal. They do not have a high success rate, and insurance will not cover it. You will have to pay for it out of pocket, and chance it not being effective. You could talk instead about IVF. Your uterus can still support life, but a tubal prevents your eggs from descending. Good luck.
