I had my tubes done 3 years ago. One side is clamped and the other has a coil in. As of tomorrow I will be 13 days late on my cycle. Could I be pregnant and if so what are the risks?

I have clamps also. No birth control is 100% effective except not engaging in sexual activity. So, yes you could get pregnant. The clamps can come off and if there's not enough scar tissue in place, then the little swimmers could slip through. Also, with the coil, I've heard stories where they also migrate out of position and get lodged somewhere else. So, if it has moved then that could leave you vulnerable to pregnancy as well. If the egg is fertilized, and can't move out of the fallopian tubes because of obstruction by the clamp or coil or scar tissue, then that would cause it to rupture if not removed (terminated). You really should speak to a doctor and not let it go too long unchecked.

I don't know how old you are, but there is also the possibility of menopause.

I have taken 4 test and they all came back negative. For all of my pregnancies all my home test came back negative. I go see the doctor in the morning.

We really don't know. Have you taken a test?
I've seen a news reports on the essure coil and it wasn't good. You would be better off seeing your doctor.
